psreport URL??? 1 Year, 5 Months ago
Hi,

Can someone please guide me to get the psreport URL. While I was configuring the Process Scheduler ... on the Report Node Definition where I should insert the URL, I did this:

http://127.0.0.1:80/psreports/HRMS

But it's not working.

Any assistance please?

Texas!

The server on which file server is located should have static IP and also should have a DNS entry. Something link fileserv.mycompany.com

Thanks for your reply.

I dont have a file server and never intended to configure one.

I just want to be able to access the report page on a web browser and they say the format is:

http://hostname:port//psreports/sitename

and that is exactly what I've done, actually it brings a signon page but could not signon.

If you install the app server/ web server/ batch and file servers in the same computer and try to view the report from the same computer you might see the report.

If you don't see if the report is going to repository location which you defined while configuring the web server.

If not, you should investigate why it is not going there and unless it reaches the destination, you may not be able to see the report.

IF it is the same box, use the FTP instead of http for report nodes.

Best of luck.
