I am just wondering what is a webprofile in PS 8.9? If we make it public what does it do?

There are many web profiles which come by default when you install web server, like DEV,PROD, KIOSK etc. Also one can create their own custom web profile.

I am not sure what do you mean by "make it public". Can you provide more detail on it?
