I am putting together a list of links for all the PeopleBooks link available online FREE (mostly from universities) and grouping them into Applications and Tools with different versions.[not complete yet ]  If you find any of the links in this page is not working, please mention it in the "Guest Book" page and I will fix it.

When you have resource constraints, it would be not possible to install all the tools versions in your shop, besides the versions which are in production or in pipeline. It comes handy if you want to compare a feature or you want to check if the feature you want to customize is avaliable in the next releases than what you have currently in your shop. Also it gives the users community and  developrs to know how other modules of PeopleSoft are designed when such PeopleBooks are not installed.

First as a DBA one should keep the Oracle Desupport dates while planning / recommending projects for upgrade. Here is the link for Desupport due dates by OOUG .
