I am interested in the difference between the PS Admin and the DBA. Our organization has the role currently split (with little responsibilities defined). The list above shows the PS Admin creating the database and moving projects, but also shows the DBA responsible for structure changes. If you have a more detailed list that would be great!

I have worked on Project with only DBA role along with other 12 DBAs and no PSADMIN roles. The DBAs take care of only database roles like backup, refresh, performance tuning etc.
But still there were some PSADMIN responsibilities done by DBAs like moving projects to Production from UAT environments using APP Designer tool.

So it is difficult to exactly divide between the roles as most of the time DBAs have to do some PSADMIN work and PSADMINS have to do DBAs job.

Recently I read an article on DBA's Responsibility by Bob Watkins in IT Tech Republic which you may want to read.

Are the responsibilities of PS Admin and PS System Admin the same.. if not then what are the responsibilities of PS System admin. I heard a PS System Admin does not need to have database knowledge to create databases and refresh them.. I am interested in becoming a PS System Admin but am unable to know the responsibilities. Also I dont know which documents to use as tutorials for the same. Please help. I am total started and highly interested in PS System Administration.

It depends on what is defined in the job role of the company which is hiring.

If it is a large client, they might have a separate team for Database administration, and separate team for People Soft administration besides the OS administration.

Smaller enterprises they might have one team for Database and PeopleSoft administration.

Some companies might have security administration and Peoplesoft administration.

For admins it is good to know some of all the responsibilities.

Best place to start is start reading the People Books and download the software from edelivery and learn how to install.
