Job Description	Job Description: (as listed in IQN – Developer III) 5+ years experience. Reviews, analyzes, designs, develops, tests, implements, debugs, documents and/or maintains code. Knowledge of various hardware platforms and operating systems. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. 2+ year's experience meeting with application users and translation of business requirements into program deliverables. Application of knowledge of the business processes in various functional areas. Specific Position: Long term Production Support position supporting multiple HRMS modules in PeopleSoft, CyberShift (Java based), m/f applications as well as a developer for funded projects each year. Primary support area to start out with would be Compensation (totally customized application written by TI in PeopleSoft). The individual would be part of a 24x7 on call group for hundreds of production jobs. The individual would be responsible for first, second, and third level support of our customers (working one on one with customers). Experience working with outside vendors is important. As stated above, the position is not just for a run maintain position but also a developer role. In this role, they would be responsible for reviews, analysis, designs, development, testing, implementation, debugging, documenting and maintenance. They would work closely with the Project Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Support group, and Customers We need a technical expert regarding PeopleSoft HRMS systems areas including WW HR, WW Recruitment / Staffing / Candidate Gateway / Talent Acquisition Manager, as well as some US Payroll and Benefits, to be able to help out with the projects. As a technical expert, the Application Developer must be proficient in PeopleSoft Technology such as PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL/SQR, Component Interface, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and Application Engine. The individual must have recent experience with Unix/Oracle. Must be technically oriented (good problem solving and troubleshooting skills), excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), good teaming / partnering skills, self motivated and self directed, good multi-tasking skills, quality oriented, flexible, and committed to successful on-time completion of tasks.
