Job Description Responsible for managing all aspects of the corporate consolidation and internal reporting process. This role serves as the primary corporate consolidation liaison between both field and corporate finance department employees.

Responsible for year end and monthly close and consolidation processes.

Manage the consolidation system development and maintenance.

Responsible for production of monthly and quarterly internal management reporting.

Prepares Intercompany transactions including revaluations and translations of multi-currency transactions.

Act as liaison with field operations, both domestic and international, for reporting requirements and accounting guidelines.

Responsible for assisting in the set-up of entities into the company-wide consolidation system.

Support in the integration of acquisitions into the reporting process.

Prepare analysis and documentation for quarterly and annual audits.

Responsible for the proper accounting for the Company's various investments.

Handle foreign currency reporting.

Prepare quarterly inter-company profit.

Special projects as needed.
Qualifications BS/BA in Accounting or Finance related field.
CPA Required.
Previous experience working with PeopleSoft ERP Financial System.
4-6 years experience in accounting function with focus on consolidations.
Compensation $65K - $80K
