Score Card Skills Years of Experience PeopleSoft PS Security Upgrades Whole IT Experience Title: PeopleSoft Security consultant for HR and Finance Location: Houston, TX Job Type: 6 Months + Rate: Open ID: PSHRFI Requirement # Responsible for compliance with policies and procedures related to the overall PeopleSoft security environment including change management controls. This position is responsible for analyzing new and existing security roles/permissions or change requests on the basis of best practices and then review completed roles/permissions with users to ensure requirements are fully met. Specifically, the emphasis is on the transition of PeopleSoft Security from Release 8.8 to 9.0 during an upgrade implementation. * Perform security administrative functions including user registration and password management and all security procedures necessary to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. * Handle support for security issues and support security product evaluation on all platform access points. * Consult with project teams on information security and available options as well as participate on application systems projects in security access implementation. * Assist in preparing responses to audit issues on security and monitor information security systems for compliance activities. * Implement PeopleSoft access management and security architecture * Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft enterprise security system development and design. * Experience in deployment of PeopleSoft enterprise system functionality in applications and interfaces as required * Strong PeopleSoft Security upgrade skills required |
