| Job Description | This PeopleSoft HCM business analyst will gather, document and understand business requirements across Human Resources and ensure that enterprise systems are designed, configured, tested, implemented and function to meet requirements for clients implementation of PeopleSoft HCM and CRM 8.8.
In addition, may be responsible for defining, enhancing or documenting business processes as used by distributed HR service centers. These roles will focus on the Manager Self Service update transaction implementation project. 2nd of 2 positions Skills and Background Required: . Experienced business analyst . Experience defining requirements, testing and implementing HR Manager Self Service update transactions using PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 . Writing system enhancement business requirements for PeopleSoft HCM . Testing PeopleSoft HCM enhancements including development of test plans, test scripts, and end user testing . Extensive work in defining and documenting business processes - HR focused . Large scale and complex PeopleSoft implementation experience . Proven track record and excellent references . Ability to work independently or as part of a team . Experience researching system errors Skills and Background Preferred: . Strong Knowledge of HR/Payroll/Compensation/Benefits Administration business processes and issues . Experience defining requirements, testing and implementing HR Manager Self Service transactions using PeopleSoft HCM 8.9-9.1 . Ability to work with business resources from management to staff at all levels and functions . Experience with large scale HR data conversions . Advanced MS-Access and MS-Excel data analysis and data form skills . Experience supporting HR service centers including Leave Administration . PeopleSoft 8.8 CRM or HR Helpdesk experience . PeopleSoft Ben Admin experience . Prior Client HCM related experience . Healthcare industry experience . Experience with PeopleSoft HCM/CRM 8.9-9.1 . At least 10 years of experience as a business analyst . At least 10 years of PeopleSoft HCM functional and/or technical experience. |
